When Hüsrev Beyazit came up free with the goalie in the 5th minute, the Yenifakili fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hüsrev Beyazit couldn't finish the play. Batıkan Kıvanç's late challenge caught a Yenifakili's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Batıkan Kıvanç helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Yenifakili booed when Tire JK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Batıkan Kıvanç didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ensar Temizalp received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Müfit Onurad tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Köksal Ilgıt was the one to do the kick off. Tire JK's Köksal Ilgıt got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Köksal Ilgıt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Müfit Onurad showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ensar Temizalp in the 62nd minute of the match. If Genco Zorlu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 67 minutes, Köksal Ilgıt managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tire JK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Köksal Ilgıt was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 69 minutes into the match, Hüsrev Beyazit dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Müfit Onurad, 0-1. In the 73rd minute, Hüsrev Beyazit left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Yenifakili fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. In the 83rd minute Genco Zorlu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gürhan Koçaş saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aşkın Timuroz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Müfit Onurad having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Yenifakili's Eser Servet got a free kick in the 94th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 96th minute, Köksal Ilgıt managed to get in a good position for a shot.
