Yusuf Acar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Şerif Dalmaz, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. Batu Kuyas's late challenge caught a Erenköy SK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fazıl Sebati's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Raşit Ülküm read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 12th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Can Ömer in the 15th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Raşit Ülküm prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Raşit Ülküm showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Can Ömer in the 17th minute of the match. 32 minutes into the match, Erenköy SK's goalkeeper Raşit Ülküm had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fazıl Sebati. If Can Ömer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Demirhan İldemir's late challenge caught a Tarsus JK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Raşit Ülküm was out of position in the 40 minute of play, and Can Ömer capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Can Ömer really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. In the 44th minute Şerif Dalmaz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yusuf Acar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nuri Üner recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Kuddusî Tuğalp made a kick off. Raşit Ülküm showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Can Ömer, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Kuddusî Tuğalp managed to get in a good position for a shot. Erenköy SK's supporters rose to their feet, but Kuddusî Tuğalp was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Yusuf Acar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Kuddusî Tuğalp had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fazıl Sebati fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Raşit Ülküm having to interfere. 69 minutes into the match, Can Ömer notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Erenköy SK's Raşit Ülküm. Raşit Ülküm was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Yusuf Acar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mahmut Aksoy, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Can Ömer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Raşit Ülküm having to interfere. A collision led to Tarsus JK getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Batu Kuyas hit a great ball. Raşit Ülküm made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fazıl Sebati in the 86th minute of play. An unexpected shot in the 88th minute by Kuddusî Tuğalp got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Fazıl Sebati managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tarsus JK's supporters rose to their feet, but Fazıl Sebati was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Raşit Ülküm breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Erenköy SK getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Berkant Türk hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fazıl Sebati in the 96th minute of play forced Erenköy SK's goalkeeper Raşit Ülküm to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
