Metin Günden hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. Bayındır Şükrü made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ahmet Gökalp Geçimoğlu in the 11th minute. In the 15th match minute, ◄▌Elit FC▐► was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ahmet Gökalp Geçimoğlu to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by İlbey Kökten in the 17th minute of play forced ◄▌Elit FC▐►'s goalkeeper İnanç Canbek to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In a very dangerous position, a player in Havran fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 22nd minute. Penalty! Hilmi Diriğ walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. Ahmet Gökalp Geçimoğlu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Bayındır Şükrü made a huge save. Bayındır Şükrü showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vahap İskenderoğlu in the 34th minute of the match. Vahap İskenderoğlu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bayındır Şükrü having to interfere. Mustafa Emre Togan came free with the goalkeeper in the 42nd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Bayındır Şükrü could save by the left post. Osman Saykal charged in rather forcefully in the 46th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Lütfü Geylanlar made the kick off in the second half. Ahmet Gökalp Geçimoğlu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Bayındır Şükrü tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 57 minutes into the match, Havran's goal looked a bit too open when Ahmet Gökalp Geçimoğlu came free, but Bayındır Şükrü reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. İlbey Köktens short, quick shot in the 58thth minute got İnanç Canbek to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. İlbey Kökten received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. İnanç Canbek tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. İnanç Canbek took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lütfü Geylanlar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ahmet Gökalp Geçimoğlu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Bayındır Şükrü tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. He walked away shaking his head. Bayındır Şükrü showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vahap İskenderoğlu, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. Vahap İskenderoğlu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Havran's Lütfü Geylanlar slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of İnanç Canbek. That made the score 1-1 after 83 minutes of play. 89 minutes into the match, Vahap İskenderoğlu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bayındır Şükrü. Havran's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Vahap İskenderoğlu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. ◄▌Elit FC▐►'s fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
