But to his dismay, Hilmi Diriğ quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Oğuzalp Oğuzman got free with İnanç Canbek in the 8th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 11 minutes into the match, Side's goal looked a bit too open when Vahap İskenderoğlu came free, but Yiğit Osman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Ahmet Gökalp Geçimoğlu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 17 minutes, Altan Sayrak mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ◄▌Elit FC▐► and the Side players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 22nd minute Vahap İskenderoğlu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yiğit Osman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Oğuzer Yağızbay sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 35th minute, Ahmet Gökalp Geçimoğlu made a precise shot to the right of Yiğit Osman. Side's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. 39 minutes into the match, Side's goal looked a bit too open when Ahmet Gökalp Geçimoğlu came free, but Yiğit Osman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of ◄▌Elit FC▐► booed when Side was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Umur Nevsal didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 45 minutes, Ahmet Gökalp Geçimoğlu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ◄▌Elit FC▐►'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Ahmet Gökalp Geçimoğlu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Yiğit Osman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ahmet Gökalp Geçimoğlu in the 47th minute of play. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Vahap İskenderoğlu made the kick off in the second half. Seyrani Aktay tried in the 51st minute to hit away a contribution but miss-kicked the ball which ended up in his own goal and left an unhappy Yiğit Osman a with quite unnecessary self made goal. Result 1-3. When Ahmet Gökalp Geçimoğlu came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the ◄▌Elit FC▐► fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ahmet Gökalp Geçimoğlu couldn't finish the play. Vahap İskenderoğlu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yiğit Osman having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ahmet Gökalp Geçimoğlu in the 57th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Yiğit Osman saved Side from getting behind. In the 59th minute, Polat Akbudun hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 68 minutes into the match, ◄▌Elit FC▐►'s goal looked a bit too open when Oğuzer Yağızbay came free, but İnanç Canbek reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Side's zone, Osman Saykal stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Yiğit Osman came out of the goal and Osman Saykal tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mustafa Emre Togan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ahmet Gökalp Geçimoğlu in the 82ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Yiğit Osman, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Polat Akbudun charged in rather forcefully in the 83rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Polat Akbudun the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Side getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Polat Akbudun hit a great ball. Yiğit Osman came out of the goal in the 92nd minute to try and stop a shot by ◄▌Elit FC▐►'s Ahmet Gökalp Geçimoğlu. But to his dismay, Ahmet Gökalp Geçimoğlu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4. The ◄▌Elit FC▐► players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
