In the 5th minute Korcan Batırhan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Berker Onay saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Ömer Sertuğ fell near the penalty area in the 6th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gülsehir JK's protests and gave Ömer Sertuğ a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Kas booed when Gülsehir JK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ömer Sertuğ didn't get a good kick on the ball. Berker Onay showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Serdar Tezeren in the 9th minute of the match. In the 13th match minute, Gülsehir JK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Göktan Pınarbaşı to maneuver through the defense. Şükrü Akatay was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 14th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. If Korcan Batırhan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hasan Taravet kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gökmen Harmandalı got free with Birkan Başol in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Birkan Başol made a fantastic save in the 24th minute, when Gökmen Harmandalı sent off a good shot on target. Gökmen Harmandalı succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 34th playminute. Gökmen Harmandalı might have been able to make a better finish in the 39th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Birkan Başol. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gökmen Harmandalı ran back to his position shaking his head. Serdar Tezeren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Berker Onay tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

51 minutes into the match, Gülsehir JK's goal looked a bit too open when Gökmen Harmandalı came free, but Birkan Başol reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 54th minute, Gülsehir JK's Korcan Batırhan ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Berker Onay. Berker Onay yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. Birkan Başol took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gökmen Harmandalı, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 58th match minute, Gülsehir JK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ömer Sertuğ to maneuver through the defense. 61 minutes into the match, Kas's goalkeeper Berker Onay had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Serdar Tezeren. Remzi Kamber fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Birkan Başol having to interfere. Birkan Başol showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gökmen Harmandalı in the 70th minute of the match.
