Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Gökhun Özakay started the match with the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 3rd minute, Birdal Adıbelli managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gültepe's supporters rose to their feet, but Birdal Adıbelli was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fetih Sureha breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Gökhun Özakay came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the Maltepespor FK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gökhun Özakay couldn't finish the play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Şafak Keskinel during the 13th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Birdal Adıbelli fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fetih Sureha having to interfere. After 44 minutes Gültepe's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Tanju İlhanoğlu who took care of the corner kick. Gökhun Siraceddin blasted a shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fetih Sureha having to make a save. After the first half Maltepespor FK were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tuncer Ceceli was the one to do the kick off. The audience was convinced that Birdal Adıbelli's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fetih Sureha was relentless in the 52nd minute of the game. Tuncer Ceceli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gültepe's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Maltepespor FK the free kick. Fetih Sureha showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tuncer Ceceli, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. 83 minutes into the match, Maltepespor FK's goal looked a bit too open when Tuncer Ceceli came free, but Fetih Sureha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 84 played minutes Maltepespor FK got a freekick which was hit by Arif Memduh Eygül. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tuncer Ceceli in the 85th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fetih Sureha prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Maltepespor FK's Basri Oyum got a free kick in the 86th minute. Gültepe's Baran Alp Cenan couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 87th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Maltepespor FK. Fetih Sureha stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tuncer Ceceli's shot from short distance in the 89th minute. Şafak Keskinel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fetih Sureha having to interfere. Maltepespor FK succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Gültepe had controlled the match.
