An unexpectedly hard shot by Necmettin Yalım in the 11th minute of play forced Demirköy JK's goalkeeper Ahmet Seyfi Yumus to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ahmet Seyfi Yumus stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Necmettin Yalım's shot from short distance in the 14th minute. 14 minutes into the game, Akgün Ulubay was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Demirköy JK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Canakci SK the free kick. Lokman Bülbül sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Necmettin Yalım's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ahmet Seyfi Yumus was relentless in the 28th minute of the game. Necmettin Yalım's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ahmet Seyfi Yumus read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 29th minute of play. The referee ignored Demirköy JK's protests and gave Niyazi Yerhum a yellow card for diving instead. Canakci SK played a much better game than Demirköy JK and deserved their victory. The Demirköy JK players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
