Karpuzlu FK's Alper Eralkan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tekin Berat in the 5th minute of play. Aykut Baysal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Muharrem Sağınç having to interfere. Bedih Mengüer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alper Eralkan having to interfere. When Tekin Berat came up free with the goalie in the 14th minute, the Kandilli FK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tekin Berat couldn't finish the play. In the 16thth minute of the game Tekin Berat who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Karpuzlu FK's Alper Eralkan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Orçun İlhanoğlu received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Muharrem Sağınç came out and tried to block the shot, but Orçun İlhanoğlu slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 18th minute. Alper Eralkan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tekin Berat, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cankut Ünüvar kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. After 26 minutes, Bektaş Ali Karluk mouthed his way into the referee's book. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Orçun İlhanoğlu in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Muharrem Sağınç prevented the ball from getting in the gole. İsrafil Tan was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 34th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Alper Eralkan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tekin Berat, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Bedih Mengüer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alper Eralkan having to interfere. Bedih Mengüer recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Kandilli FK's Osman Nuri Akhan got his second yellow card of the match in the 44th minute. The referee ordered Osman Nuri Akhan off the ground. Osman Nuri Akhan hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Karpuzlu FK's Alper Eralkan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 58th minute of the match, managed to save Karpuzlu FK from getting a goal against them. Bedih Mengüer struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. Alper Eralkan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kandilli FK. After 69 minutes, Öztürk Şahbey mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Karpuzlu FK and the Kandilli FK players grew even worse after the yellow card. Öztürk Şahbey kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. Bedih Mengüer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Alper Eralkan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cankut Ünüvar hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. Muharrem Sağınç made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Orçun İlhanoğlu in the 87th minute of play. Alper Eralkan was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Bedih Mengüer showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 92 minute of play. After 95 played minutes Kandilli FK got a freekick which was hit by Latif Derim. Muharrem Sağınç showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Orçun İlhanoğlu, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. Karpuzlu FK succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Kandilli FK had controlled the match.
