The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Through an outstanding action, after 3 minutes, Korcan İşçen successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Ardahan Tuğser stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Özden Cinel's shot from short distance in the 5th minute. 8 minutes into the match, Ediz Şirvan notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Beylerbeyi FK's Korcan İşçen. Korcan İşçen was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 12th match minute, Beylerbeyi FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Özden Cinel to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Cennet's İstemihan Girgin got a free kick in the 14th minute. After 18 minutes, Adil Onsoy mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cennet and the Beylerbeyi FK players grew even worse after the yellow card. Adil Onsoy kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. 22 minutes into the game, Beylerbeyi FK's Özden Cinel nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ardahan Tuğser made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. After having played for 26 minutes, Gazanfer Peyami managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Beylerbeyi FK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gazanfer Peyami was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Özden Cinel in the 29th minute of play forced Cennet's goalkeeper Ardahan Tuğser to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tarkan Akduman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Korcan İşçen having to interfere. Tarkan Akduman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Abuzer Teksen kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. Tarkan Akduman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Korcan İşçen having to interfere. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Özden Cinel stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Ardahan Tuğser didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gazanfer Peyami went, in the 52nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Ardahan Tuğser took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Özden Cinel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 60 minutes into the match, Tarkan Akduman notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Beylerbeyi FK's Korcan İşçen. Korcan İşçen was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a defensive mix-up in Beylerbeyi FK's zone, Gencer Koca stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Korcan İşçen came out of the goal and Gencer Koca tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 76 minutes into the match, Beylerbeyi FK's goal looked a bit too open when Tarkan Akduman came free, but Korcan İşçen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Korcan İşçen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tarkan Akduman in the 80th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Özden Cinel in the 82nd minute of play forced Cennet's goalkeeper Ardahan Tuğser to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ardahan Tuğser showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Özden Cinel, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
