Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Mehmet Ali Akkurt started the match with the kick off. Mehmet Hakkı Rekin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Şinasi Derem, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. İzzet Kahraman's late challenge caught a Denizli's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. İzzet Kahraman helped the player get up and apologised. After 4 played minutes Bozyazi got a freekick which was hit by İzzet Kahraman. In the 7th minute, Mehmet Ali Akkurt fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Mehmet Hakkı Rekin, passed just outside the right post. 8 minutes into the game, Batur Berksan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Denizli's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bozyazi the free kick. Batur Berksan hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. Mehmet Ali Akkurt might have been able to make a better finish in the 12th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mehmet Hakkı Rekin. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mehmet Ali Akkurt ran back to his position shaking his head. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Anıl Mücahit Vural in the 14th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arda Baybars Sayhan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 16 minutes into the match, Bozyazi's goal looked a bit too open when Anıl Mücahit Vural came free, but Arda Baybars Sayhan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Denizli's Lütfü Besim got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Nuri Sabi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Mehmet Hakkı Rekin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nuri Sabi scored 1-0 in the 21st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mehmet Hakkı Rekin, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 24 minutes into the match, Lütfü Besim had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Arda Baybars Sayhan. Bozyazi's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lütfü Besim was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Arda Orkut's late challenge caught a Bozyazi's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Arda Orkut helped the player get up and apologised. In the 28th minute, one of Denizli:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Denizli. The goalkeeper, Mehmet Hakkı Rekin, was totally fooled by Bozyazi's İsmail Cem Oytun, who 30 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. After having played for 33 minutes, Nuri Sabi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bozyazi's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nuri Sabi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Mehmet Hakkı Rekin was a little too slow when Nuri Sabi got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 36th minute. The score was now 3-1. Mehmet Ali Akkurt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Arda Baybars Sayhan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anıl Mücahit Vural in the 43rd minute of the match. When Anıl Mücahit Vural came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the Denizli fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Anıl Mücahit Vural couldn't finish the play. Halil İbrahim Kanver charged in rather forcefully in the 46th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Halil İbrahim Kanver the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 46th minute, Halil İbrahim Kanver hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lütfü Besim took the ball and in the 47 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Arda Baybars Sayhan. Arda Baybars Sayhan dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Anıl Mücahit Vural stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Bozyazi's Şinasi Derem got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Mehmet Ali Akkurt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. İzzet Kahraman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Yenal Mukaddes hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. Mehmet Ali Akkurt kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. Mehmet Hakkı Rekin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mehmet Ali Akkurt, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. Mehmet Hakkı Rekin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nuri Sabi in the 85th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by İzzet Kahraman in the 89th minute of play forced Denizli's goalkeeper Mehmet Hakkı Rekin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Denizli's Mehmet Hakkı Rekin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mehmet Ali Akkurt in the 90th minute of play.
