In the 2nd minute, Anıl Mücahit Vural hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Denizli's Batur Berksan got a good chance for a goal in the 5th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ahmet Seyfi Ersever hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Berkant Songur's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mehmet Hakkı Rekin was relentless in the 11th minute of the game. Ahmet Sedat Karakaya blasted a shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mehmet Hakkı Rekin having to make a save. Mehmet Hakkı Rekin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Berkant Songur in the 16th minute of the match. Paşa Ali Kaveloğlu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anıl Mücahit Vural, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. TurkBirDev's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Musa Sertaç 24 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anıl Mücahit Vural in the 28th minute of play forced TurkBirDev's goalkeeper Paşa Ali Kaveloğlu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Musa Sertaç could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Paşa Ali Kaveloğlu made a huge save. With a little luck, TurkBirDev's Paşa Ali Kaveloğlu got control of the ball when Lütfü Besim tried to sneak it across the goal line. Berkant Songur took the ball and in the 33 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mehmet Hakkı Rekin. Mehmet Hakkı Rekin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Berkant Songur in the 39th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mehmet Hakkı Rekin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 41st match minute, Denizli was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anıl Mücahit Vural to maneuver through the defense. Mehmet Hakkı Rekin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Berkant Songur's shot from short distance in the 44th minute. Mehmet Hakkı Rekin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ahmet Seyfi Ersever in the 48th minute of play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.
The wind increased when Anıl Mücahit Vural made the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute the ball was on its way in behind TurkBirDev's goalkeeper Paşa Ali Kaveloğlu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Berkant Songur's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 59thth minute, Mehmet Hakkı Rekin skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Berkant Songur sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Denizli's zone, Ahmet Sedat Karakaya stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mehmet Hakkı Rekin came out of the goal and Ahmet Sedat Karakaya tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 67 played minutes Denizli got a freekick which was hit by Tekin Ehlimen. Tekin Ehlimen kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. Cemalettin Cumhur charged in rather forcefully in the 78th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cemalettin Cumhur the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 78th minute, Cemalettin Cumhur hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Denizli's Mehmet Hakkı Rekin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ahmet Sedat Karakaya in the 81st minute of play. Mehmet Hakkı Rekin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ahmet Sedat Karakaya in the 83rd minute of the match. Ahmet Sedat Karakaya received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Mehmet Hakkı Rekin came out and tried to block the shot, but Ahmet Sedat Karakaya slotted it home off the left post making it 1-2 in the 84th minute. Mehmet Hakkı Rekin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yılmaz Ereken, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. When Vehdi Rekin came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the TurkBirDev fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vehdi Rekin couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Vehdi Rekin managed to get in a good position for a shot. TurkBirDev's supporters rose to their feet, but Vehdi Rekin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mehmet Hakkı Rekin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Berkant Songur sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. TurkBirDev's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
