Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Cemil Kalender kicked off to start the match. With a little luck, Cesme's Battal Cüneyt Kayaalp got control of the ball when Semail Behram tried to sneak it across the goal line. Cemil Kalender might have been able to make a better finish in the 9th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cevat Serdengeçti. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cemil Kalender ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 16thth minute of the game Aşır Uzhan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cesme's Battal Cüneyt Kayaalp was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Cesme's Battal Cüneyt Kayaalp proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save Cesme from getting a goal against them. When Cesme's Erim Perviz in the 30th minute got a chance for a shot 30th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ahirkapi's goalie prevented a goal. When Vahap Revan fell near the penalty area in the 30th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. Cesme's Erim Perviz got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Ahirkapi's Aşır Uzhan got a free kick in the 36th minute. In the 38th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ahirkapi's goalkeeper Cevat Serdengeçti, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Semail Behram received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Battal Cüneyt Kayaalp tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Semail Behram fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Battal Cüneyt Kayaalp having to interfere.
The wind increased when Aşır Uzhan made the kick off in the second half. Ahirkapi's Cevat Serdengeçti played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cemil Kalender in the 53rd minute of play. Ahirkapi's Aşır Uzhan got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Battal Cüneyt Kayaalp didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Aşır Uzhan went, in the 59th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. In the 63rd minute, Semail Behram left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ahirkapi fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Cevat Serdengeçti took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cemil Kalender, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Aşır Uzhan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Ahirkapi booed when Cesme was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ercan Bender didn't get a good kick on the ball. Oktay Ünüvar, 73 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Selahaddin Bilkan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 83 played minutes Cesme got a freekick which was hit by Ercan Bender. In the 85th minute, Semail Behram got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Cevat Serdengeçti made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ahmet Ali Salah in the 91st minute. After 93 played minutes, Ahirkapi's Ertuğrul Regaip shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Battal Cüneyt Kayaalp came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Ahirkapi reached it. 93 minutes into the game, Erim Perviz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cesme's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ahirkapi the free kick. The supporters of Ahirkapi booed when Cesme was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Erim Perviz didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Cesme getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Erim Perviz hit a great ball. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Ahirkapi fans cheered their team off the field, for while Cesme had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
