Alkan Özgun might have been able to make a better finish in the 4th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ekrem Akcebe. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Alkan Özgun ran back to his position shaking his head. Bayezit Sanbay sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 8th minute, Vecdet Senih got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Alkan Özgun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 12th minute the ball was on its way in behind Yavuzeli JK's goalkeeper Ekrem Akcebe, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 14th minute Atasehir were awarded a corner. Ünal Hatmi went to the cornerflag to take it. A very nice done corner allowed Atabey Tayfun to score against Ekrem Akcebe in Yavuzeli JK's goal. 1-0 after 14 minutes. A collision led to Yavuzeli JK getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Ersin Naim hit a great ball. Ersin Naim's late challenge caught a Atasehir's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ersin Naim helped the player get up and apologised. Ersin Naim kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. Muhsin Erboğa was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 24 minutes into the match. 23 minutes into the game, one of Yavuzeli JK:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Ekrem Akcebe had in the 26thth minute some difficulties stopping Ünal Hatmi's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Atasehir's Alkan Özgun got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bayezit Sanbay got free with Ekrem Akcebe in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After having played for 30 minutes, Alkan Özgun managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Atasehir's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alkan Özgun was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bayezit Sanbay received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Ekrem Akcebe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 37th minute, Bayezit Sanbay got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Yavuzeli JK's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Alkan Özgun 39 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

In the 62ndth minute of the game Bayezit Sanbay who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Yavuzeli JK's Ekrem Akcebe was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alkan Özgun in the 63rd minute of play forced Yavuzeli JK's goalkeeper Ekrem Akcebe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Atasehir's Alkan Özgun in the 64th minute got a chance for a shot 64th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Yavuzeli JK's goalie prevented a goal. 71 minutes into the game, Ahmet Tolga Özgener was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. In the 72nd minute of the match Ünal Hatmi sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ekrem Akcebe skillfully saved the ball. Alkan Özgun fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ekrem Akcebe having to interfere. Ekrem Akcebe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alkan Özgun, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alkan Özgun scored 4-0 in the 92nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ekrem Akcebe, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Yavuzeli JK's zone, Alkan Özgun stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ekrem Akcebe came out of the goal and Alkan Özgun tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the referee ended the match the Atasehir players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
