Aytekin Çağman stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Adnan Merdan's shot from short distance in the 4th minute. Demircan Uluçkan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Necmettin Turkay, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. Necmettin Turkay scored 0-1 in the 13th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Demircan Uluçkan, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Baran Vala got free with Aytekin Çağman in the 19th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Bedir Cumali charged in rather forcefully in the 24th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bedir Cumali the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 29 minutes, Necmettin Turkay made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Catalcesme's Demircan Uluçkan tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 0-3 became the score in the 32nd minute when Akın Mert elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Demircan Uluçkan came out of the goal in the 38th minute to try and stop a shot by Findikzade's Akın Mert. But to his dismay, Akın Mert quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. After 43 played minutes Catalcesme got a freekick which was hit by Baran Vala. A collision led to Findikzade getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Birant İsfendiyar hit a great ball. After 47 played minutes, Catalcesme's Dilaver Sakman shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Aytekin Çağman came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Catalcesme reached it.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Akın Mert was the one to do the kick off. Akın Merts short, quick shot in the 53rdth minute got Demircan Uluçkan to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. A hard shot 58 in the game by Akın Mert from a close distance when the talented Demircan Uluçkan managed to make a qualified save. Catalcesme's players were relieved. Findikzade's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Adnan Merdan was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-5. With a little luck, Catalcesme's Demircan Uluçkan got control of the ball when Akın Mert tried to sneak it across the goal line. Rıfkı İrfanoğlu's late challenge caught a Catalcesme's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rıfkı İrfanoğlu helped the player get up and apologised. Rıfkı İrfanoğlu hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. After 85 played minutes, Catalcesme's Semavi Gökekin shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Aytekin Çağman came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Catalcesme reached it. After some careless play in the Catalcesme defense, Akın Mert kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Demircan Uluçkan. The Catalcesme fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Demircan Uluçkan should have stopped the shot. In the 91st minute, Findikzade's Necmettin Turkay dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-8. Dilaver Sakman's late challenge caught a Findikzade's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dilaver Sakman helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Findikzade booed when Catalcesme was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dilaver Sakman didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match was over Findikzade could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Catalcesme throughout the match.
