Haldun Başeğmez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Beşir Kaygun in the 17th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Osman Ali Yağmurdereli in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sancar Bir saved DinamoZakzık from getting behind. After 19 minutes, Selman Radi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bayat and the DinamoZakzık players grew even worse after the yellow card. Haldun Başeğmez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Devlet Öktemer in the 20th minute of play. After 21 played minutes Bayat got a freekick which was hit by Selman Radi. In the 24th minute Ali Numan Boratay shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Haldun Başeğmez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Özal Tunçkan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sancar Bir having to interfere. Haldun Başeğmez didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Beşir Kaygun went, in the 29th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Beşir Kaygun who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 32ndth minute tested the skills of Haldun Başeğmez when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Özal Tunçkan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sancar Bir having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Şafak Kurban kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Haldun Başeğmez. That made the score 2-0 in the 36 minute of play. Haldun Başeğmez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Beşir Kaygun in the 41st minute of the match. 3-0 became the score in the 42nd minute when Beşir Kaygun elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Özal Tunçkan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sancar Bir having to interfere. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Özal Tunçkan made the kick off in the second half. After having played for 52 minutes, İlhan Başoğlu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. DinamoZakzık's supporters crossed their fingers, but İlhan Başoğlu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Özal Tunçkan struck a weak shot in the 56th minute. Sancar Bir didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bayat. Ahmet Hasan Ekin hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. Sancar Bir acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 58th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Ahmet Ege Balkanlıoğlu. Haldun Başeğmez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ali Numan Boratay, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Beşir Kaygun received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Haldun Başeğmez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
