Osmaniye SK's supporters rose to their feet, but Ercan Orhon was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Şadi Baydan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Şadi Baydan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ercan Orhon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Çakır Onatsu was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Bekir Okyanus showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 39 minute of play. In the 45th minute Bekir Okyanus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Çakır Onatsu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Arın Ersunal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Bekir Okyanus to make the kick off. Çakır Onatsu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arın Ersunal in the 51st minute of the match. A hard shot by Babür Özyay from long distance, 55 minutes into the match, got Şadi Baydan's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. If Ercan Orhon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Şadi Baydan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ercan Orhon in the 63rd minute of play. With a little luck, Kücükyali SK's Şadi Baydan got control of the ball when Birol Rızkullah tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Bekir Okyanus had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 67 minutes, Arın Ersunal managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kücükyali SK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Arın Ersunal was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ercan Orhon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Çakır Onatsu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bekir Okyanus, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. In the 75th match minute, Osmaniye SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hasan Tahsin Sargan to maneuver through the defense. Bekir Okyanus's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Çakır Onatsu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 79th minute of play. Arın Ersunal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kücükyali SK's Arın Ersunal got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 88th minute, Arın Ersunal got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Çakır Onatsu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bekir Okyanus in the 92nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arın Ersunal in the 93rd minute of play forced Osmaniye SK's goalkeeper Çakır Onatsu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bekir Okyanus blasted a shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Çakır Onatsu having to make a save. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Kücükyali SK had won after a very even match.
