Yunak's Alparslan Onuker played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hakkı Emektar in the 33rd minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Kamuran Tunçhan to strike the kick off in the second half. Yunak's Kamuran Tunçhan got a good chance for a goal in the 51st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Hızır Akkaya took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mücahit Niyaz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Aykan Uzsoy kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mücahit Niyaz got free with Hızır Akkaya in the 96th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Yunak's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
