Osman Ali Orun started the match with the kick off. Aycan İsmail showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Osman Ali Orun in the 8th minute of the match. If Osman Ali Orun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Türkeş Kınık fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aycan İsmail having to interfere. 20 minutes into the match, Mehmet Osman Eracar notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Kanlica's Yavuzalp Bürge. Yavuzalp Bürge was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Aycan İsmail showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Osman Ali Orun in the 24th minute of the match. A collision led to Ankara getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Resulhan Özarı hit a great ball. After 26 played minutes, Kanlica's Erman Karacabey shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Aycan İsmail came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Kanlica reached it. Osman Ali Orun fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aycan İsmail having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Osman Ali Orun in the 31st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Aycan İsmail saved Ankara from getting behind. If Mehmet Osman Eracar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Kanlica getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Mazhar Turkay hit a great ball. 35 minutes into the match, Kanlica's goal looked a bit too open when Mümtazer Coşan came free, but Yavuzalp Bürge reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ankara's Aycan İsmail played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Türkeş Kınık in the 40th minute of play. The supporters of Kanlica booed when Ankara was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 48 match minutes in a wonderful position. Resulhan Özarı didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 49th minute of the match Erman Karacabey shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Aycan İsmail showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mümtazer Coşan to strike the kick off in the second half. Mazhar Turkay's late challenge caught a Ankara's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mazhar Turkay helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Kanlica's Mazhar Turkay got a free kick in the 54th minute. After 55 played minutes, Ankara's Tayfur Hazarbeyoğlu shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Yavuzalp Bürge came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Ankara reached it. After 55 minutes of play Kanlica's Mazhar Turkay was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After 56 played minutes Kanlica got a freekick which was hit by Mazhar Turkay. After a rather tough play, Ankara's Mümtazer Coşan got a free kick in the 57th minute. Artaç Bilek charged in rather forcefully in the 62nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Artaç Bilek the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 63 minutes into the match, Ankara's Tayfur Hazarbeyoğlu broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Osman Ali Orun during the 64th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Osman Ali Orun kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. 66 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Ankara's Mümtazer Coşan fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. Artaç Bilek kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. In the 70thth minute of the game Mümtazer Coşan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Kanlica's Yavuzalp Bürge was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 73 minutes into the match, Kanlica's Türkeş Kınık sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Aycan İsmail narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Türkeş Kınık struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. Aycan İsmail didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kanlica. In the 79th minute, Mehmet Osman Eracar made a precise shot to the right of Yavuzalp Bürge. Kanlica's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. In the 87th minute, Türkeş Kınık left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Kanlica fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. After having played for 93 minutes, Türkeş Kınık managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kanlica's supporters crossed their fingers, but Türkeş Kınık was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ankara's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
