Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Mehmet Bedri Zorbey made the kick off which started today's match. After having played for 3 minutes, Mehmet Bedri Zorbey managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fikirtepe's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mehmet Bedri Zorbey was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Anıl Arda Hacılar made a fantastic save in the 10th minute, when Hasan Mengübay sent off a good shot on target. After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Mustafa Cumhur Cezri managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fikirtepe's supporters rose to their feet, but Mustafa Cumhur Cezri was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Celil Tozun breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 18 minutes into the match, Denizlispor's goal looked a bit too open when Doğuhan Akabe came free, but Celil Tozun reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Denizlispor's Birol Bozdoğan got a free kick in the 22nd minute. If Doğuhan Akabe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 31 minutes into the match, Denizlispor's goal looked a bit too open when Mustafa Cumhur Cezri came free, but Celil Tozun reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mehmet Bedri Zorbey fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Celil Tozun having to interfere. Denizlispor's Celil Tozun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mehmet Bedri Zorbey in the 44th minute of play. If Hasan Mengübay had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Fatih Akçakan made a kick off. Hüseyin Turan Alansoy recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With an all-out effort, Fikirtepe's Celil Tozun threw himself towards the right post 53 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Gökalp Asır, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Mehmet Bedri Zorbey received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Celil Tozun tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Hasan Mengübay had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 61st minute, Uğurcan Balkan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fatih Akçakan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 65thth minute of the game Mehmet Bedri Zorbey who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Denizlispor's Celil Tozun was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Celil Tozun made a fantastic save in the 71st minute, when Doğuhan Akabe sent off a good shot on target. Birol Bozdoğan's late challenge caught a Fikirtepe's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Birol Bozdoğan helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Denizlispor getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Dinç Acartürk hit a great ball. In the 81st minute, Doğuhan Akabe got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Hüseyin Turan Alansoy kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. Doğuhan Akabe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Doğuhan Akabe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Celil Tozun having to interfere. Celil Tozun took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mehmet Bedri Zorbey, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Gökalp Asır fell near the penalty area in the 95th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Fikirtepe's protests and gave Gökalp Asır a yellow card for diving instead. In the 95th match minute, Fikirtepe was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gökalp Asır to maneuver through the defense.
