Cemal Geylanoğullarından took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fuat Akburçak, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 25 minutes into the match, Alucra FK's Fuat Akburçak sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cemal Geylanoğullarından narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ahmet Ömür Betim in the 27th minute of play forced Eregli JK's goalkeeper Cemal Geylanoğullarından to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Fuat Akburçak to strike the kick off in the second half. When Asrın Kutam was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 61 minutes had been played. In the 60th minute, one of Eregli JK:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Eregli JK. 69 minutes into the game, Eregli JK's Gökberk Kutsal nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Sergen Şahin made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-2. Sergen Şahin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from İsmail Cem Kutertan in the 74th minute of the match. Sergen Şahin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from İsmail Cem Kutertan, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute.
