The referee ignored Aliaga's protests and gave Cavit Buminhan a yellow card for diving instead. Kadir Akdurmuş showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ferhan Zor, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. In the 81st minute, Erenay Barbaros left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net.
