Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Abbas Varol got the match started through his kick off. 4 minutes into the match, Sultanhamam's goalkeeper Kadir Akdurmuş had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cafer Revan. 6 minutes into the match, Erenay Barbaros had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Yavuz Selimhan Alpaslan. Balgat FK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Erenay Barbaros was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Yavuz Selimhan Alpaslan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erenay Barbaros, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Oğuzalp Tuna struck a weak shot in the 16th minute. Yavuz Selimhan Alpaslan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sultanhamam. Alptuğ Talayer hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. After having played for 30 minutes, Abbas Varol managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sultanhamam's supporters crossed their fingers, but Abbas Varol was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Erenay Barbaros fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yavuz Selimhan Alpaslan having to interfere. Abbas Varol received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Yavuz Selimhan Alpaslan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Abbas Varol had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Sultanhamam's Abbas Varol in the 41st minute got a chance for a shot 41st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Balgat FK's goalie prevented a goal. Yavuz Selimhan Alpaslan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erenay Barbaros in the 46th minute of play. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Murathan Tuncal made a kick off. Melih Işıklı's late challenge caught a Sultanhamam's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Melih Işıklı helped the player get up and apologised. In the 53rd minute, Melih Işıklı hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpected shot in the 55th minute by Erenay Barbaros got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Abbas Varol sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Erenay Barbaros came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the Sultanhamam fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Erenay Barbaros couldn't finish the play. Balgat FK's Yavuz Selimhan Alpaslan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abbas Varol in the 65th minute of play. 66 minutes into the match, Erenay Barbaros had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Yavuz Selimhan Alpaslan. Balgat FK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Erenay Barbaros was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. Sultanhamam's Erenay Barbaros got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Cafer Revan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Yavuz Selimhan Alpaslan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abbas Varol, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. In the 82nd minute Abbas Varol shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yavuz Selimhan Alpaslan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Yavuz Selimhan Alpaslan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Abbas Varol's shot from short distance in the 85th minute. Erenay Barbaros's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Yavuz Selimhan Alpaslan read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 87th minute of play. Erenay Barbaros received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Yavuz Selimhan Alpaslan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 91 minutes into the match, Balgat FK's goal looked a bit too open when Abbas Varol came free, but Yavuz Selimhan Alpaslan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vefa Suhan kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. The Sultanhamam supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Sultanhamam would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
