Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ahmet Yahya Kutlar started the match with the kick off. Ahmet Korkut Sahadettin hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. Tuncay Muzaffer shot from long distance in the 7th minute, but Yusuf Ziya Özdek was prepared and stopped the ball at the left post. Rıfat Gürçınar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Erbatur Vecih, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Güney Aysan's late challenge caught a Cebeci's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Güney Aysan helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Cebeci booed when Kumkapi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Güney Aysan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ahmet Yahya Kutlar's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Yusuf Ziya Özdek read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 23rd minute of play. Ahmet Efe Tibet fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yusuf Ziya Özdek having to interfere. Ahmet Efe Tibet could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Yusuf Ziya Özdek made a huge save. In the 34thth minute of the game Ahmet Yahya Kutlar who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cebeci's Yusuf Ziya Özdek was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 35th minute, Erbatur Vecih hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ahmet Yahya Kutlar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ahmet Yahya Kutlar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Ahmet Yahya Kutlar managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kumkapi's supporters rose to their feet, but Ahmet Yahya Kutlar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Yusuf Ziya Özdek breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Yusuf Ziya Özdek made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ahmet Yahya Kutlar in the 51st minute of play. If Ahmet Efe Tibet had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 59 minutes into the match, Ahmet Yahya Kutlar had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Yusuf Ziya Özdek. Cebeci's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ahmet Yahya Kutlar was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ahmet Efe Tibet in the 68th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Yusuf Ziya Özdek prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Hızır Kaman came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the Cebeci fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hızır Kaman couldn't finish the play. After 71 played minutes Kumkapi got a freekick which was hit by Namık Kemal Saban. In the 74th minute, Erbatur Vecih hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 75th minute, Ahmet Yahya Kutlar managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kumkapi's supporters rose to their feet, but Ahmet Yahya Kutlar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. If Ahmet Efe Tibet had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ahmet Yahya Kutlar blasted a shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Yusuf Ziya Özdek having to make a save. After 84th play minutes Ahmet Yahya Kutlar shot 2-0, a short shot which went by Yusuf Ziya Özdek and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 89th minute Ahmet Efe Tibet shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yusuf Ziya Özdek saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 93rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Cebeci's goalkeeper Yusuf Ziya Özdek, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Kumkapi's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
