Aktaç Eroğul might have been able to make a better finish in the 3rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dilmen Peykan. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Aktaç Eroğul ran back to his position shaking his head. Dilmen Peykan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Aktaç Eroğul's shot from short distance in the 3rd minute. Osman Togan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ceyhan Gök in the 4th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, ELMATEPE FC's Dorukhan Uzsan got a free kick in the 5th minute. In the 6th minute of the match Çeliker Şemsifer sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Osman Togan skillfully saved the ball. Resulhan Kutsalmis kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. In the 11th minute, Derik SK's Resulhan Kutsalmis dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. ELMATEPE FC's Aktaç Eroğul got a good chance for a goal in the 14th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Hakkı Kenan Kamer charged in rather forcefully in the 16th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hakkı Kenan Kamer the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of ELMATEPE FC booed when Derik SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hakkı Kenan Kamer didn't get a good kick on the ball. Resulhan Kutsalmis struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. Osman Togan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Derik SK. After 20 played minutes Derik SK got a freekick which was hit by Hakkı Kenan Kamer. In the 33rd minute, Aktaç Eroğul left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ELMATEPE FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. ELMATEPE FC's Osman Togan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Resulhan Kutsalmis in the 39th minute of play. Sebati Buğdaycı took the ball and in the 43 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dilmen Peykan. Dilmen Peykan dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. Disappointed in the 1-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Sebati Buğdaycı was the one to do the kick off. Dilmen Peykan was out of position in the 53 minute of play, and Sebati Buğdaycı capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Sebati Buğdaycı really showed his touch with that goal: 1-4. Dilmen Peykan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sebati Buğdaycı, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. When Feyzullay Eroğul came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the ELMATEPE FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Feyzullay Eroğul couldn't finish the play. Aktaç Eroğul struck a weak shot in the 63rd minute. Dilmen Peykan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ELMATEPE FC. In the 67th minute, Aktaç Eroğul got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 69 minutes into the match, İlmi Cumhur had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Dilmen Peykan. Derik SK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that İlmi Cumhur was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-5. If Umut İlsak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Umut İlsak received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Dilmen Peykan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aktaç Eroğul in the 84th minute of play forced Derik SK's goalkeeper Dilmen Peykan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Osman Togan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ceyhan Gök, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Dilmen Peykan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sebati Buğdaycı in the 87th minute. The audience was convinced that Sebati Buğdaycı's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dilmen Peykan was relentless in the 88th minute of the game. Aktaç Eroğul blasted a shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dilmen Peykan having to make a save.
