Burhan Özerkin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aytaç Karaca in the 27th minute of play. After 29 played minutes Erzincan got a freekick which was hit by Saadettin Eskioğlu. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ahmet Gündüz Erbay in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ali Emir Nizami saved Erzincan from getting behind. After some careless play in the Erzincan defense, Kurt Adam kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ali Emir Nizami. The Erzincan fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ali Emir Nizami should have stopped the shot. Ahmet Gündüz Erbay sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, BJKSK's Burhan Özerkin got control of the ball when İlbey Bilge tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Kurt Adam had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The wind increased when Aytaç Karaca made the kick off in the second half. Ali Emir Nizami had great luck who in the 52ndth minute grab hold of the ball when Ahmet Gündüz Erbay from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. Saadettin Eskioğlu's late challenge caught a BJKSK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card.
