Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Güneş Mukremin blasted a shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Bedirhan Eraksan having to make a save. Uğur Suersan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 17 minutes into the match, Yalvac SK's goal looked a bit too open when Bülent Sezal came free, but Efe Okanalp reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 18th minute the ball was on its way in behind Semdinli SK's goalkeeper Bedirhan Eraksan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 32nd minute, Uğur Suersan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Abdulbaki Bakkalbaşı fell near the penalty area in the 36th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Semdinli SK's protests and gave Abdulbaki Bakkalbaşı a yellow card for diving instead. In the 36th minute, Abdulbaki Bakkalbaşı hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Semdinli SK's Bedirhan Eraksan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Güneş Mukremin in the 38th minute of play. Güneş Mukremin struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Bedirhan Eraksan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Yalvac SK. After 48 played minutes Semdinli SK got a freekick which was hit by Vedat Yamanöz. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Bülent Sezal was the one to do the kick off. Yalvac SK's Efe Okanalp played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bülent Sezal in the 58th minute of play. After having played for 63 minutes, Güneş Mukremin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Yalvac SK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Güneş Mukremin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nizam Özdel in the 64th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bedirhan Eraksan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Nizam Özdel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Güneş Mukremin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bedirhan Eraksan having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 69th minute, Nizam Özdel managed to get in a good position for a shot. Yalvac SK's supporters rose to their feet, but Nizam Özdel was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bedirhan Eraksan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by İhsan Kudret during the 71st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Yalvac SK booed when Semdinli SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. İhsan Kudret didn't get a good kick on the ball. Oğuzalp Yazgan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 79th minute, Bumin Özaslan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Uğur Suersan came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the Semdinli SK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Uğur Suersan couldn't finish the play. Bedirhan Eraksan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Güneş Mukremin in the 86th minute of play. An unexpected shot in the 88th minute by Uğur Suersan got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. 90 minutes into the game, Sermet Artuç was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Yalvac SK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Semdinli SK the free kick. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bülent Sezal in the 93rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Efe Okanalp prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
