Aykan Erkılınç made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fuat Sartık in the 5th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 25 minutes, Bora Han Kadem put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Saadettin Çolakoğlu. Bora Han Kadem's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 30thth minute, Saadettin Çolakoğlu skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After having played for 31 minutes, Doğa Yazargil managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Finike's supporters crossed their fingers, but Doğa Yazargil was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bora Han Kadem took the ball and in the 36 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Saadettin Çolakoğlu. Saadettin Çolakoğlu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bora Han Kadem in the 42nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Saadettin Çolakoğlu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 43 minutes into the game, Fuat Sartık was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Finike's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Atasehir the free kick. In the 44th minute, Bora Han Kadem got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Finike's Doğa Yazargil managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Mehmet Hamdi Kudret in the 46 minute of the game. Bora Han Kadems short, quick shot in the 47thth minute got Saadettin Çolakoğlu to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Bora Han Kadem to make the kick off. In the 51st minute, Bora Han Kadem got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Mehmet Hamdi Kudret managed to get in a good position for a shot. Atasehir's supporters rose to their feet, but Mehmet Hamdi Kudret was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Saadettin Çolakoğlu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Bora Han Kadem fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Saadettin Çolakoğlu having to interfere. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Atasehir had played much better football throughout.
