Saruhan Işılay made an important save on a dangerous shot by Şemsettin Uskan in the 3rd minute. Saruhan Işılay showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hikmet Yılhan, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. 5 minutes into the game, Ahmet Hakan Semi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. After a rather tough play, Kazasker's Ahmet Hakan Semi got a free kick in the 5th minute. 6 minutes into the match, Cankatylcn's Murathan Şahiner broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Saruhan Işılay made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hikmet Yılhan in the 10th minute of play. 13 minutes into the game, Özal Yalazan cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Saruhan Işılay was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Şemsettin Uskan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Saruhan Işılay having to interfere. 18 minutes into the game, Olgun Üstay was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cankatylcn's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Kazasker the free kick. Saruhan Işılay made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when Babür Tezal sent off a good shot on target. Özal Yalazan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Saruhan Işılay made a huge save. Saruhan Işılay took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hikmet Yılhan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Saruhan Işılay was a little too slow when Özal Yalazan got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 24th minute. The score was now 2-0. Cankatylcn's Saruhan Işılay proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 29th minute of the match, managed to save Cankatylcn from getting a goal against them. The crowd rose to their feet as Kazasker's Hakkı Kenan Enginsoy slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Saruhan Işılay. That made the score 3-0 after 30 minutes of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Şemsettin Uskan got free with Saruhan Işılay in the 33rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Cankatylcn's Saruhan Işılay proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to save Cankatylcn from getting a goal against them. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mansur Tanacan in the 38th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ahmet Muzaffer saved Kazasker from getting behind. 41 minutes into the game, Cankatylcn's Mansur Tanacan nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ahmet Muzaffer made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. Ahmet Muzaffer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mansur Tanacan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match had gone on for 47 minutes, Özal Yalazan took a quick shot and it went in 4-1 without a chance for Saruhan Işılay to make any attempt to save it. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Hikmet Yılhan in the 54th minute of play forced Cankatylcn's goalkeeper Saruhan Işılay to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 56 minutes into the game, Ruhi Tokgöz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cankatylcn's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Kazasker the free kick. Ruhi Tokgöz hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Şemsettin Uskan in the 60th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Saruhan Işılay prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Özer Ezelhan charged in rather forcefully in the 61st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Özer Ezelhan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The long shot by Afşar Samin in the 66th minute really tested Ahmet Muzaffer's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. 68 minutes into the match, Cankatylcn's goal looked a bit too open when Hikmet Yılhan came free, but Saruhan Işılay reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Özer Ezelhan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 83rd minute Hikmet Yılhan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Saruhan Işılay saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 89th minute, Cankatylcn's Ahmet Nasir Ankara ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Ahmet Muzaffer. Ahmet Muzaffer yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 5-2. In the 95th minute Ahmet Nasir Ankara shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ahmet Muzaffer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 97 minutes, Mansur Tanacan mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cankatylcn and the Kazasker players grew even worse after the yellow card. Mansur Tanacan kicked well hit freekick during the 97th minute of the match. Cankatylcn's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
