The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Şenel Hüryaşar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ruhi Arslantürk having to interfere. Tansel Mikail charged in rather forcefully in the 27th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tansel Mikail the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Tansel Mikail kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. In the 29thth minute of the game Sebati Yaygır who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mihaliccik FK's Ruhi Arslantürk was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 33rd minute, Mihaliccik FK's Savaş Tunçkurt ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Zühtü Hızlan. Zühtü Hızlan yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. Alişan Yamanöz's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 40thth minute, Zühtü Hızlan skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Mihaliccik FK's Hamdi Topuz got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Sebati Yaygır had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

In the 52nd minute of the match Vahdet Aytolun shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Zühtü Hızlan showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Alişan Yamanöz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Zühtü Hızlan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
