Rıdvan Ezelhan's late challenge caught a Asas's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rıdvan Ezelhan helped the player get up and apologised. After 32 played minutes Alapli got a freekick which was hit by Rıdvan Ezelhan. The audience thought a goal was coming when Göksel Pekinturk got free with İbrahim Ethem Arkın in the 34th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 37 minutes into the match, Asas's Tayyip Yatman sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that İbrahim Ethem Arkın narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The Asas supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Alapli's performance. The match ended with a win for Alapli.
