Veysel Sertaç was extremely unlucky when he, in the 5th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. After a defensive mix-up in Seben's zone, Abdurrezzak Bulut stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kamuran Ekşioğlu came out of the goal and Abdurrezzak Bulut tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 12 minutes into the match, Mümtazer Tanfer notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Gerze JK's Hakan Tamerk. Hakan Tamerk was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Halil İbrahim Yaver hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. Onur Ali Tümerkin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Hakan Tamerk tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mümtazer Tanfer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hakan Tamerk having to interfere. 21 minutes into the match, Gerze JK's goal looked a bit too open when Onur Ali Tümerkin came free, but Hakan Tamerk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 24 minutes into the match, Seben's goalkeeper Kamuran Ekşioğlu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Abdurrezzak Bulut. Kılıçhan Bayrak hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. When the match clock showed 28 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Onur Ali Tümerkin sped through Gerze JK's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Hakan Tamerk. An unexpectedly hard shot by Veysel Sertaç in the 31st minute of play forced Seben's goalkeeper Kamuran Ekşioğlu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 33 minutes, Veysel Sertaç managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gerze JK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Veysel Sertaç was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Seben getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Şener Kamver hit a great ball. After having played for 37 minutes, Veysel Sertaç managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gerze JK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Veysel Sertaç was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Gerze JK's Veysel Sertaç in the 42nd minute got a chance for a shot 42nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Seben's goalie prevented a goal. In the 44thth minute of the game Onur Ali Tümerkin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Gerze JK's Hakan Tamerk was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Onur Ali Tümerkin was the one to do the kick off. Hakan Tamerk was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Onur Ali Tümerkin showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-3 in the 53 minute of play. Kamuran Ekşioğlu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Veysel Sertaç, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Seben's Kamuran Ekşioğlu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Veysel Sertaç in the 59th minute of play. If Mümtazer Tanfer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 66th minute Veysel Sertaç shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kamuran Ekşioğlu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Veysel Sertaç in the 68th minute of play forced Seben's goalkeeper Kamuran Ekşioğlu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In a very dangerous position, a player in Gerze JK fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 76th minute. Penalty! Hakan Tamerk had in the 77thth minute some difficulties stopping Şener Kamver's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Hakan Tamerk made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mümtazer Tanfer in the 80th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 88th minute, Onur Ali Tümerkin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Seben's supporters rose to their feet, but Onur Ali Tümerkin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hakan Tamerk breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 91 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Gerze JK! The referee gave Seben a penalty, 92 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Şener Kamver, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Gerze JK's Hakan Tamerk. 0-4.
