If Affan Mengüalp had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Berk Serafet stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ahmet Hasan Tülün's shot from short distance in the 4th minute. When Samir Nebi fell near the penalty area in the 7th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cavdir's protests and gave Samir Nebi a yellow card for diving instead. After 7 played minutes Cavdir got a freekick which was hit by Samir Nebi. After a defensive mix-up in Cavdir's zone, Batuhan Başel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vahdet Ülken came out of the goal and Batuhan Başel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Vahdet Ülken made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nebi Şensoy in the 11th minute of play. In the 11th minute, Seyfettin Ergüder hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nebi Şensoy in the 13th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vahdet Ülken prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Sivrihisar's Berk Serafet played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ahmet Hasan Tülün in the 15th minute of play. 15 minutes into the game, Mustafa Ekrem Akburçak was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sivrihisar's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cavdir the free kick. In the 15th minute, Mustafa Ekrem Akburçak hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Ahmet Hasan Tülün came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the Cavdir fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ahmet Hasan Tülün couldn't finish the play. Affan Mengüalp kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. If Nebi Şensoy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Cavdir getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Baran Bilge Çağa hit a great ball. Affan Mengüalp received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Berk Serafet tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ahmet Hasan Tülün sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Nebi Şensoy to strike the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 51st minute, Affan Mengüalp managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cavdir's supporters rose to their feet, but Affan Mengüalp was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Berk Serafet breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Sivrihisar getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Nebi Şensoy hit a great ball. Baran Bilge Çağa hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. Batuhan Başel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vahdet Ülken having to interfere. In the 62nd minute, Ahmet Hasan Tülün hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Batuhan Başel got in the 71st a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Vahdet Ülken handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. In the 73rd minute Nebi Şensoy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vahdet Ülken saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Batuhan Başel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vahdet Ülken showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nebi Şensoy in the 78th minute of the match. After 78 played minutes Cavdir got a freekick which was hit by Baran Bilge Çağa. Nebi Şensoy was extremely unlucky when he, in the 79th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. After 86 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Cavdir! Vahdet Ülken went to the wrong direction when Ahmet Refik Beşer was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. In the 93rd minute of the match Cavdir got a corner. Sivrihisar's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Vatan Yazıcıoğlu ran over to the corner to take the kick. Mustafa Ekrem Akburçak kicked well hit freekick during the 98th minute of the match. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Sivrihisar walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
