If Nusrettin Balyemez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 2nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cemal Eriş's late challenge caught a Tasova's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. With a little luck, Tasova's Kahraman Canaydin got control of the ball when Remzi Keçeli tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of Manyas booed when Tasova was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Manyas's Adil Artuç played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ahmet Korkut Zor in the 20th minute of play. 22 minutes into the match, Tasova's goal looked a bit too open when Rafet Kainat came free, but Kahraman Canaydin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kahraman Canaydin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rafet Kainat in the 27th minute of the match. After 29 minutes, Bektaş Yazgan mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Manyas and the Tasova players grew even worse after the yellow card. Bektaş Yazgan hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. In the 37th minute, Rafet Kainat fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Kahraman Canaydin, passed just outside the right post. Ferman Tavil charged in rather forcefully in the 84th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ferman Tavil the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 84th minute, Ferman Tavil hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 87 played minutes Tasova got a freekick which was hit by Kubat Toralp. Kahraman Canaydin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ali Cafer Ortunc, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tasova's Ahmet Korkut Zor got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Nusrettin Balyemez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Adil Artuç tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ahmet Korkut Zor struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Adil Artuç didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tasova. Adil Artuç made a fantastic save in the 96th minute, when Nusrettin Balyemez sent off a good shot on target. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Tasova players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
