Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Vefa Akay made the kick off which started today's match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vefa Akay in the 4th minute of play forced Ermenek's goalkeeper Çağdaş Özbilen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 5th minute, Vefa Akay got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 6 minutes into the game, Mecnun Açıkgöz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ermenek's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Kartal the free kick. Mehmet Halis Erşahan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Çağdaş Özbilen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. During the 15th minute of the match Mecnun Açıkgöz completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Mecnun Açıkgöz a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. A collision led to Ermenek getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Mecnun Açıkgöz hit a great ball. When Mehmet Halis Erşahan came up free with the goalie in the 18th minute, the Kartal fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mehmet Halis Erşahan couldn't finish the play. If Vefa Akay had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 24 minutes into the game, Öztürk Çelebioğlu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Mümtazer Kiner made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nurtekin İlkcan in the 32nd minute. If Nurtekin İlkcan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Çağdaş Özbilen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vefa Akay in the 39th minute of play. 45 minutes into the match, Vefa Akay had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Çağdaş Özbilen. Ermenek's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Vefa Akay was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Nurtekin İlkcan stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When the match had gone on for 52 minutes, Vefa Akay put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Çağdaş Özbilen. After a defensive mix-up in Ermenek's zone, Vefa Akay stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Çağdaş Özbilen came out of the goal and Vefa Akay tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Öztürk Çelebioğlu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Mümtazer Kiner tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mümtazer Kiner came out of the goal in the 63rd minute to try and stop a shot by Ermenek's Nurtekin İlkcan. But to his dismay, Nurtekin İlkcan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. After some fancy dribbling in the 69th minute, Ejder Gümüşcü managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kartal's supporters rose to their feet, but Ejder Gümüşcü was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Çağdaş Özbilen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Mehmet Halis Erşahan succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-3 in the 72nd playminute. In the 77th match minute, Kartal was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sezai Olgunsu to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 85 minutes, Vefa Akay managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kartal's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vefa Akay was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Mehmet Halis Erşahan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kartal's supporters rose to their feet, but Mehmet Halis Erşahan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Çağdaş Özbilen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Mümtazer Kiner showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nurtekin İlkcan, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute.
