If Anıl Ozan Onar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bircan Ulusan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anıl Ozan Onar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 17th minute, Aziz Sanal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Arguvan FK's Arif Ensar Mehmet shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 18th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Erhan Küdüs but with some difficulty. Fikri Seci sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 29 minutes, Rafet Buminhan mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Arguvan FK and the Baskale players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 29 played minutes Arguvan FK got a freekick which was hit by Rafet Buminhan. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tunç Serkut during the 36th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Arguvan FK's Fikri Seci got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Baskale's Aziz Sanal got a free kick in the 40th minute. Erhan Küdüs made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fikri Seci in the 42nd minute of play. Erhan Küdüs made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sancar Gagauz in the 45th minute. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Anıl Ozan Onar to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute Anıl Ozan Onar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bircan Ulusan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Çelebi Malkoçoğlu got free with Bircan Ulusan in the 66th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Erhan Küdüs came out of the goal in the 68th minute to try and stop a shot by Arguvan FK's Sancar Gagauz. But to his dismay, Sancar Gagauz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Bircan Ulusan came out of the goal in the 72nd minute to try and stop a shot by Baskale's Çelebi Malkoçoğlu. But to his dismay, Çelebi Malkoçoğlu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Sancar Gagauz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Erhan Küdüs having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Baskale's Sebati Tunçsoy got a free kick in the 77th minute. After 79 played minutes Arguvan FK got a freekick which was hit by Fikri Seci. Bircan Ulusan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anıl Ozan Onar in the 81st minute of the match. Sancar Gagauz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Erhan Küdüs tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 86 minutes into the match, Arguvan FK's Fikri Seci sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Erhan Küdüs narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 89th minute of the match, Anıl Ozan Onar tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Bircan Ulusan saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Fikri Seci received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Erhan Küdüs tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sancar Gagauz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Erhan Küdüs read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 96th minute of play. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
