Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Ertuğrul Toktimur took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 3rd minute, Azmi Avcıoğlu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Melikgazi booed when Güce SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gökcan Kaçkar didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 8 played minutes, Güce SK's Azmi Avcıoğlu shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Güntekin Ünlem came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Güce SK reached it. An unexpectedly hard shot by İlker Yamanöz in the 14th minute of play forced Melikgazi's goalkeeper Güntekin Ünlem to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Melikgazi's Güntekin Ünlem played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by İlker Yamanöz in the 16th minute of play. In the 18th minute, İlker Yamanöz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Atabey Doğanten in the 25th minute of play forced Melikgazi's goalkeeper Güntekin Ünlem to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. İlker Yamanöz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Süruri Ozansoy charged in rather forcefully in the 30th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Süruri Ozansoy the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 30 played minutes Melikgazi got a freekick which was hit by Süruri Ozansoy. In the 31st minute of the match Tansel Vahit shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Güntekin Ünlem showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. İlker Yamanöz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Güntekin Ünlem tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that İlker Yamanöz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Güntekin Ünlem was relentless in the 36th minute of the game. Süruri Ozansoy got his second yellow card in the match during the 45th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After 45 played minutes Melikgazi got a freekick which was hit by Süruri Ozansoy. Atabey Doğanten received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Güntekin Ünlem tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After the first half Güce SK were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when İlker Yamanöz made the kick off in the second half. Atabey Doğanten blasted a shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Güntekin Ünlem having to make a save. After some fancy dribbling in the 57th minute, İlker Yamanöz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Güce SK's supporters rose to their feet, but İlker Yamanöz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Güntekin Ünlem breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Melikgazi's defense didn't have a chance, in the 66th minute, when İlker Yamanöz scored to the left of an out of position Güntekin Ünlem, making the score, 0-2. Atabey Doğanten received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Güntekin Ünlem tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. İlker Yamanözs short, quick shot in the 75thth minute got Güntekin Ünlem to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After having played for 77 minutes, Atabey Doğanten managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Güce SK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Atabey Doğanten was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. İlker Yamanöz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Güntekin Ünlem tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Güce SK's İlker Yamanöz got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. İlker Yamanöz's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Güntekin Ünlem firmly grabbed it by the left post.
