Atalan Eroğuz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Okaner Özdel having to interfere. In the 22nd minute of the match Ahmet Efe Bağcı sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gencal Yaban skillfully saved the ball. Okaner Özdel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Atalan Eroğuz's shot from short distance in the 24th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cabbar Ergüden in the 29th minute of play forced Catalzeytin's goalkeeper Gencal Yaban to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 32nd minute, Doğuş Nurtac hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Yavuz Selim Türksan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Cabbar Ergüden came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the Senkaya FK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cabbar Ergüden couldn't finish the play. Mümtazer Dervişoğlu struck a weak shot in the 63rd minute. Gencal Yaban didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Senkaya FK. 66 minutes into the game, Rıfat İstanbullu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Catalzeytin's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Senkaya FK the free kick. After 66 played minutes Catalzeytin got a freekick which was hit by Rıfat İstanbullu. With his leg Gencal Yaban managed to avoid a goal in the 68thth minute, when Senkaya FK's Mümtazer Dervişoğlu fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side.
