In the 6th minute of the match İsmet Eskicioğlu sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Korkut Mücip skillfully saved the ball. After having played for 7 minutes, Aykut Baycan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hizan's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aykut Baycan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Hasan Nuratay struck a weak shot in the 8th minute. Korkut Mücip didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hizan. Korkut Mücip didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 10th minute, which inside left pole to 1-0. In the 13thth minute of the game Ali Orhan Başkur who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hizan's Battal Gazi Kınıkaslan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 16 minutes into the game, Aykut Baycan recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Korkut Mücip. Aykut Baycan showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Şeray Koçubey in the 22nd minute of play forced Hizan's goalkeeper Battal Gazi Kınıkaslan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Yaşar Nuri Yaşer kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. In the 28th minute, Murathan Avşaroğlu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Arif Egemen Babür hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. In the 35th minute Aykut Baycan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Korkut Mücip saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Basbasi's İlhami Ayaz got a free kick in the 36th minute. 37 minutes into the match, Hizan's Kutlu Özdal broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Şeray Koçubey sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Aykut Baycan was the one to do the kick off. Korkut Mücip took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aykut Baycan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Battal Gazi Kınıkaslan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Şeray Koçubey, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. Hasan Nuratay's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Korkut Mücip read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 60th minute of play. Balamir Bilge kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. Aykut Baycan succeeded in the game's 65th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 3-0. If Şeray Koçubey had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Hasan Nuratay managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hizan's supporters rose to their feet, but Hasan Nuratay was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Korkut Mücip breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Korkut Mücip made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hasan Nuratay in the 81st minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 86th minute, Murathan Avşaroğlu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hizan's supporters rose to their feet, but Murathan Avşaroğlu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Korkut Mücip breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Ali Orhan Başkur came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the Basbasi fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ali Orhan Başkur couldn't finish the play. Hizan were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Basbasi for a fine match.
