Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Ömer Kaymaz made the kick off and thus started the match. Eyüp Çağnur sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 6th minute of the match Emin Demiray shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ayberk Akarslan showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Sultanahmet SK's Ömer Kaymaz got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Atabey Torehan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Batuğ Altuğ fell near the penalty area in the 13th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sultanahmet SK's protests and gave Batuğ Altuğ a yellow card for diving instead. Seyfettin Acarsoy recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Atabey Torehan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Seyfettin Acarsoy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Gökalp Eskioğlu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the Sultanahmet SK defense, Seyfettin Acarsoy kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gökalp Eskioğlu. The Sultanahmet SK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gökalp Eskioğlu should have stopped the shot. The audience was convinced that Ömer Kaymaz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ayberk Akarslan was relentless in the 30th minute of the game. If Ömer Kaymaz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 36th minute, Balamir Taşel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 44 played minutes Sultanahmet SK got a freekick which was hit by Batuğ Altuğ. Atabey Torehan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gökalp Eskioğlu having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Atabey Torehan in the 47th minute of play forced Sultanahmet SK's goalkeeper Gökalp Eskioğlu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Atabey Torehan to make the kick off. Sultanahmet SK's Gökalp Eskioğlu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Seyfettin Acarsoy in the 51st minute of play. After having played for 53 minutes, Seyfettin Acarsoy managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Civril SK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Seyfettin Acarsoy was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sultanahmet SK's Eyüp Çağnur got a good chance for a goal in the 59th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 61 minutes, Atabey Torehan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Civril SK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Atabey Torehan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gökalp Eskioğlu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Atabey Torehan in the 65th minute of play. Atabey Torehan struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. Gökalp Eskioğlu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Civril SK. In a very dangerous position, a player in Sultanahmet SK fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 68th minute. Penalty! In the 71st minute there was a penalty for Civril SK. Altuğ Barbaros stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Gökalp Eskioğlu. 2-0. When Seyfettin Acarsoy came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the Civril SK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Seyfettin Acarsoy couldn't finish the play. Ömer Kaymaz might have been able to make a better finish in the 84th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ayberk Akarslan. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ömer Kaymaz ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 85th minute, Ömer Kaymaz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Atabey Torehan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Sultanahmet SK getting a freekick after 97 minutes play. Gustav Säf hit a great ball. Many of Sultanahmet SK's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Sultanahmet SK may have spent more time on the ball, but Civril SK were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
