The referee showed Balamir Taşel the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Balamir Taşel hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Ali Kürşat Resat fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gökalp Eskioğlu having to interfere. In the 27th minute, Erman Dilsuz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Bigadic SK getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Fikri Cemşit hit a great ball. Müjdat Değirmencioğlu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ömer Kaymaz in the 30th minute of play. Sultanahmet SK's Ömer Kaymaz got a good chance for a goal in the 33rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 37th minute of the game, Ömer Kaymaz landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. Atay Doğangün's late challenge caught a Sultanahmet SK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Atay Doğangün helped the player get up and apologised. Sultanahmet SK's Göktuğ Sözen was substituted for Ömer Kaymaz. In the 38th minute, Atay Doğangün hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Bigadic SK booed when Sultanahmet SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Batuğ Altuğ didn't get a good kick on the ball. The wind increased when Vahit Kuddusi made the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Bigadic SK's zone, Batuğ Altuğ stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Müjdat Değirmencioğlu came out of the goal and Batuğ Altuğ tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Hakkı Nuratay's late challenge caught a Bigadic SK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Hakkı Nuratay helped the player get up and apologised. Hakkı Nuratay hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. Göktuğ Sözen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Göktuğ Sözen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 65th minute the ball was on its way in behind Sultanahmet SK's goalkeeper Gökalp Eskioğlu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as Sultanahmet SK's Göktuğ Sözen slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Müjdat Değirmencioğlu. That made the score 0-2 after 67 minutes of play. In the 71st minute the ball was on its way in behind Bigadic SK's goalkeeper Müjdat Değirmencioğlu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A hard shot by Mikail Hanedan from long distance, 73 minutes into the match, got Müjdat Değirmencioğlu's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. After a rather tough play, Sultanahmet SK's Batuğ Altuğ got a free kick in the 82nd minute. Göktuğ Sözen in the 87thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal.
