Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Atıf Eroğlu in the 2nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ömür Demirbaş prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 8thth minute of the game Göktürk Dilsafa who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Eregli JK's Kayhan Koçer was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 11 minutes into the match, Kubat Hürkan had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Kayhan Koçer. Eregli JK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Kubat Hürkan was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Göktürk Dilsafa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kayhan Koçer having to interfere. In the 20th match minute, Eregli JK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Onur Ali Gence to maneuver through the defense. 22 minutes into the game, Göktürk Dilsafa was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Kurtalan's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Eregli JK the free kick. After a rather tough play, Kurtalan's Göktürk Dilsafa got a free kick in the 23rd minute. Ömür Demirbaş made a fantastic save in the 24th minute, when Celil Alyakut sent off a good shot on target. Rıfkı Kazakhan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Kubat Hürkan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Göktürk Dilsafa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ömür Demirbaş made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rıfkı Kazakhan in the 38th minute of play. Rıfkı Kazakhan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 47 minutes into the game, Rıfkı Kazakhan recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ömür Demirbaş. Rıfkı Kazakhan showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-1. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

Kayhan Koçer stood somewhat misplaced when Göktürk Dilsafa came free in front of goal and shot 2-2 to the left of him in the 56 minute. With a little luck, Eregli JK's Kayhan Koçer got control of the ball when Kubat Hürkan tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Celil Alyakut in the 66th minute of play forced Kurtalan's goalkeeper Ömür Demirbaş to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rıfkı Kazakhan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kurtalan's Ömür Demirbaş played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Celil Alyakut in the 76th minute of play. Celil Alyakut recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ömür Demirbaş showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rıfkı Kazakhan in the 80th minute of the match. Rıfkı Kazakhan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match had gone on for 89 minutes, Göktürk Dilsafa took a quick shot and it went in 2-4 without a chance for Kayhan Koçer to make any attempt to save it. Göktürk Dilsafa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet as Kurtalan's Göktürk Dilsafa slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Kayhan Koçer. That made the score 2-5 after 96 minutes of play. Kurtalan's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
