Tarlabasi's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Abdurrahim Yıldırımtürk was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. 20 minutes into the match, Rami JK's goalkeeper Oğuzhan Arkan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Doğuhan Kiner. Oğuzhan Arkan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kağan Akbatu, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. If Abdurrahim Yıldırımtürk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 31 minutes, Vecdi Esendağ mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tarlabasi and the Rami JK players grew even worse after the yellow card. Rami JK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tarlabasi the free kick. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Kağan Akbatu to make the kick off. If Kağan Akbatu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 55 minutes into the game, Çetin Cihanser was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Tarlabasi's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Rami JK the free kick. 58 minutes into the match, Cenan Uygun dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of İshak Erakıncı, 1-2. After 61 played minutes Rami JK got a freekick which was hit by Hüseyin Rahmi Algın. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kağan Akbatu in the 62nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Oğuzhan Arkan saved Rami JK from getting behind. Kağan Akbatu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Kağan Akbatu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Oğuzhan Arkan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Doğuhan Kiner in the 71st minute of the match. Abdurrahim Yıldırımtürk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without İshak Erakıncı having to interfere. During the 75th minute of the match Vecdi Esendağ completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Vecdi Esendağ a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 76th match minute, Tarlabasi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vecdi Esendağ to maneuver through the defense. After 80 minutes of play, Tarlabasi's Doğuhan Kiner made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Oğuzhan Arkan was left in no man's land by his defense there! Abdurrahim Yıldırımtürk struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. İshak Erakıncı didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rami JK. Doğuhan Kiner sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 94 minutes into the match, Rami JK's goal looked a bit too open when Doğuhan Kiner came free, but Oğuzhan Arkan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
