An unexpectedly hard shot by Gürcan Akartürk in the 22nd minute of play forced Ondokuzmayis SK's goalkeeper Berkin Beyan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 22 played minutes Ondokuzmayis SK got a freekick which was hit by Cumali Ekinci. Ata Sümeroğlu's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 25thth minute, Ahmet Orhan Aksel skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Orhan Akıncıbeyoğlu kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Ahmet Ozan Erboy fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ahmet Orhan Aksel having to interfere. Ahmet Ozan Erboy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ahmet Ozan Erboy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Ahmet Orhan Aksel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 48 minutes, Gürcan Akartürk managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Icerenköy SK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gürcan Akartürk was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

If Ferid Sadan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ata Sümeroğlu in the 55th minute of play forced Icerenköy SK's goalkeeper Ahmet Orhan Aksel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gürcan Akartürk was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 86th minute. Icerenköy SK's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. In the 91st minute, Gürcan Akartürk got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Ondokuzmayis SK's Ferid Sadan got a free kick in the 95th minute. Ondokuzmayis SK's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
