Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Uzunköprü's Erdal Sümer started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute Erdal Sümer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kayacan Namdar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gencer Kavi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Kayacan Namdar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 15thth minute of the game Erdal Sümer who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Osmaneli's Kayacan Namdar was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Erdal Sümer managed to get in a good position for a shot. Uzunköprü's supporters rose to their feet, but Erdal Sümer was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kayacan Namdar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. İlmi Eldem's late challenge caught a Osmaneli's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. İlmi Eldem helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Osmaneli booed when Uzunköprü was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. İlmi Eldem didn't get a good kick on the ball. Erdal Sümer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Gencer Kavi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gencer Kavi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erdal Sümer in the 40th minute of play forced Osmaneli's goalkeeper Kayacan Namdar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Erdal Sümer came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the Uzunköprü fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Erdal Sümer couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Osmaneli getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Vedat Serir hit a great ball. In the 46th minute the ball was on its way in behind Osmaneli's goalkeeper Kayacan Namdar, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.
The wind increased when Yiğit Kaya made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Osmaneli's Vedat Serir got a free kick in the 54th minute. If Gencer Kavi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kayacan Namdar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gencer Kavi, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. In the 67th minute of the match Uzunköprü got a corner. Osmaneli's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. İlmi Eldem ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in İlmi Eldem almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Osmaneli's Kayacan Namdar did a great save. Kayacan Namdar came out of the goal in the 74th minute to try and stop a shot by Uzunköprü's Erdal Sümer. But to his dismay, Erdal Sümer quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. İbrahim Ethem Ayık hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Uzunköprü's zone, Yiğit Kaya stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Uğuralp Tengiroğlu came out of the goal and Yiğit Kaya tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gencer Kavi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gencer Kavi took the ball and in the 93 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Kayacan Namdar. Kayacan Namdar dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Gencer Kavi scored 3-0 in the 98th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Kayacan Namdar, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.
