After having played for 22 minutes, Ertan Enfal managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Orhaneli's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ertan Enfal was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Tugay Keyhüsrev struck a weak shot in the 24th minute. Selami Umar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Emirdag. After a defensive mix-up in Orhaneli's zone, Tugay Keyhüsrev stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Selami Umar came out of the goal and Tugay Keyhüsrev tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mehmet Ferit Ağar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Selami Umar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Tugay Keyhüsrev managed to get in a good position for a shot. Emirdag's supporters rose to their feet, but Tugay Keyhüsrev was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Selami Umar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. But to his dismay, Ertan Enfal quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Niyazi Özdoğal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Orbay Tüney in the 59th minute of play. When Necat Otaç fell near the penalty area in the 60th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Emirdag's protests and gave Necat Otaç a yellow card for diving instead. Selami Umar made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tugay Keyhüsrev in the 62nd minute. Ertan Enfal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Niyazi Özdoğal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Emirdag booed when Orhaneli was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Erkut Kayacan didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience was convinced that Ertan Enfal's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Niyazi Özdoğal was relentless in the 77th minute of the game. Kayacan Tokalp charged in rather forcefully in the 85th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kayacan Tokalp the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 87 minutes into the match, Orhaneli's goal looked a bit too open when Tugay Keyhüsrev came free, but Selami Umar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 90th minute, Kayacan Tokalp hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 91st minute of the match Türkeş Doğa sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Niyazi Özdoğal skillfully saved the ball. Orbay Tüney fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Niyazi Özdoğal having to interfere. Selami Umar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mehmet Ferit Ağar in the 96th minute of the match. Emirdag were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
