Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Emir Ünseven made the kick off which started today's match. Ahmet İlke Rafiz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tolunay Dervişoğlu in the 3rd minute of the match. 6 minutes into the match, Izmirspor FK's goal looked a bit too open when Tolunay Dervişoğlu came free, but Ahmet İlke Rafiz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Bora Han Hürmetli fell near the penalty area in the 6th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Izmirspor FK's protests and gave Bora Han Hürmetli a yellow card for diving instead. Bora Han Hürmetli kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. If Doğaner Sağun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The supporters of Maltepe booed when Izmirspor FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Baturhan Tansu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ahmet İlke Rafiz made a fantastic save in the 14th minute, when Doğaner Sağun sent off a good shot on target. When Doğaner Sağun came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the Maltepe fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Doğaner Sağun couldn't finish the play. Ahmet İlke Rafiz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tolunay Dervişoğlu in the 17th minute of play. When the match clock showed 18 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Kürşat Demirel sped through Maltepe's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Turabi Hasanbeyli. In the 23rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Maltepe's goalkeeper Turabi Hasanbeyli, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Maltepe's zone, Kürşat Demirel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Turabi Hasanbeyli came out of the goal and Kürşat Demirel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 33rd match minute, Izmirspor FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bora Han Hürmetli to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 41 minutes, Kürşat Demirel managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Izmirspor FK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kürşat Demirel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Turabi Hasanbeyli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emir Ünseven, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sebati Öveç kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Maltepe's zone, Emir Ünseven stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Turabi Hasanbeyli came out of the goal and Emir Ünseven tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Turabi Hasanbeyli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emir Ünseven in the 48th minute of play. The Maltepe players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Izmirspor FK were winning 0-1.

The wind increased when Tolunay Dervişoğlu made the kick off in the second half. Turabi Hasanbeyli was a little too slow when Emir Ünseven got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 63rd minute. The score was now 0-2. Emir Ünseven fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Turabi Hasanbeyli having to interfere. Doğaner Sağun fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ahmet İlke Rafiz having to interfere. Doğaner Sağun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Maltepe's attack was well implemented in the 90th minute, but when Tolunay Dervişoğlu was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. Doğaner Sağun struck a weak shot in the 92nd minute. Ahmet İlke Rafiz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Maltepe. Emre Hastimur sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 95th minute, Baturhan Tansu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Maltepe's Turabi Hasanbeyli got control of the ball when Kürşat Demirel tried to sneak it across the goal line.
