Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Erhun Tandoruk took the kick off in the first half of the match. If Efekan Semi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Faik Kayrak could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 5th minute of the match, but Turabi Hasanbeyli made a huge save. 5 minutes into the game, Faik Kayrak recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Turabi Hasanbeyli. Faik Kayrak showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tolunay Dervişoğlu in the 13th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Süreyya Şensal prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Doğaner Sağun received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Süreyya Şensal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Çakabey İsiman kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. Tolunay Dervişoğlu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match had gone on for 22 minutes, Erhun Tandoruk took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Turabi Hasanbeyli to make any attempt to save it. 29 minutes into the match, Maltepe's Tolunay Dervişoğlu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Süreyya Şensal narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 31 played minutes Maltepe got a freekick which was hit by Ahmet Korkut Ülkümen. Ilgaz Özil charged in rather forcefully in the 33rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ilgaz Özil the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tolunay Dervişoğlu in the 41st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Süreyya Şensal saved Kalkan SK from getting behind.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tolunay Dervişoğlu to strike the kick off in the second half. Faik Kayrak sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Emre Hastimur kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. Erhun Tandoruk struck a weak shot in the 54th minute. Turabi Hasanbeyli didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kalkan SK. Doğaner Sağun hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. 64 minutes into the match, Kalkan SK's goal looked a bit too open when Tolunay Dervişoğlu came free, but Süreyya Şensal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ejder Piruz during the 64th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Maltepe booed when Kalkan SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ejder Piruz didn't get a good kick on the ball. 68 minutes in the game, Tolunay Dervişoğlu fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Süreyya Şensal having to interfere. 69 minutes into the game, Tolunay Dervişoğlu lined in a short shot 2-1 behind a frustrated Süreyya Şensal. In the 74th minute, Erhun Tandoruk got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Tolunay Dervişoğlu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Süreyya Şensal having to interfere. Süreyya Şensal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tolunay Dervişoğlu in the 81st minute of the match. Doğaner Sağun fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Süreyya Şensal having to interfere. In the 84th minute, Çakabey İsiman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 89th minute the ball was on its way in behind Kalkan SK's goalkeeper Süreyya Şensal, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Kalkan SK's Erhun Tandoruk got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Erhun Tandoruk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 96th minute, Faik Kayrak managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kalkan SK's supporters rose to their feet, but Faik Kayrak was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Turabi Hasanbeyli breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
