Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Uğur Oğuz made the kick off and thus started the match. If Fedai Kırdar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 8th minute the ball was on its way in behind Lara's goalkeeper Mehmet Çağrı Kutalp, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Seçkin Akçan might have been able to make a better finish in the 9th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mehmet Çağrı Kutalp. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Seçkin Akçan ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 18th match minute, Lara was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ahmet Koralp Akkoç to maneuver through the defense. If Ahmet Koralp Akkoç had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ahmet Koralp Akkoç could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Serbülent Yağızkurt made a huge save. Karsiyaka SK's Serbülent Yağızkurt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Uğur Oğuz in the 29th minute of play. In the 32nd match minute, Karsiyaka SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Atabey Salah to maneuver through the defense. Fedai Kırdar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Mehmet Çağrı Kutalp tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 49 minutes into the match, Lara's goal looked a bit too open when Fedai Kırdar came free, but Mehmet Çağrı Kutalp reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Seçkin Akçan to make the kick off. Serbülent Yağızkurt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Uğur Oğuz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Uğur Oğuz in the 64th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Serbülent Yağızkurt saved Karsiyaka SK from getting behind. The supporters of Lara booed when Karsiyaka SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Erman Derman didn't get a good kick on the ball. 68 minutes into the match, Karsiyaka SK's goal looked a bit too open when Uğur Oğuz came free, but Serbülent Yağızkurt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 71st minute, Ahmet Koralp Akkoç ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Serbülent Yağızkurt was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. If Fedai Kırdar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ejder İmam kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. Seçkin Akçan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mehmet Çağrı Kutalp having to interfere. When Fedai Kırdar came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the Karsiyaka SK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fedai Kırdar couldn't finish the play. Fedai Kırdar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mehmet Çağrı Kutalp having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Karsiyaka SK's Mustafa Cumhur Onatsu got a free kick in the 89th minute. A nice corner shot did that Ejder İmam got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Serbülent Yağızkurt quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Through an outstanding action, after 94 minutes, Mehmet Çağrı Kutalp successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Many of Karsiyaka SK's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Karsiyaka SK may have spent more time on the ball, but Lara were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
