Alemdar Özgu started the match with the kick off. 7 minutes into the match, Cerit's goal looked a bit too open when Suat Mertkal came free, but Hüsmen Yörükoğlu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alemdar Özgu took the ball and in the 10 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Doğukan İnanoğlu. Doğukan İnanoğlu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Atalan Türev fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Doğukan İnanoğlu having to interfere. Doğukan İnanoğlu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alemdar Özgu in the 14th minute of play. Hüsmen Yörükoğlu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Suat Mertkal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Mustafa Cumhur Kudretullah came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the Egil FK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mustafa Cumhur Kudretullah couldn't finish the play. Doğukan İnanoğlu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alemdar Özgu in the 26th minute of play. After 27 minutes, Aral Ekincioğlu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Egil FK and the Cerit players grew even worse after the yellow card. Aral Ekincioğlu kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. In the 29th minute Suat Mertkal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hüsmen Yörükoğlu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lefter Demirer recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Atalan Türev sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 45 minutes into the match, Cerit's Şensoy Rasih sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Doğukan İnanoğlu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Alemdar Özgu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Doğukan İnanoğlu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Suat Mertkal to strike the kick off in the second half. When Atalan Türev came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the Cerit fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Atalan Türev couldn't finish the play. Egil FK's Aral Ekincioğlu got his second yellow card of the match in the 60th minute. The referee ordered Aral Ekincioğlu off the ground. Aral Ekincioğlu hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Atalan Türev got free with Doğukan İnanoğlu in the 67th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Lefter Demirer charged in rather forcefully in the 72nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Lefter Demirer the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Cerit's Lefter Demirer got a free kick in the 72nd minute. Demircan Altuğ, 73 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Atalan Türev received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Doğukan İnanoğlu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ahmet Oğuz Üstek during the 79th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. When the match had been going on for 83 minutes, Cerit's Gencer İmge got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Doğukan İnanoğlu. Orbay Afak charged in rather forcefully in the 89th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Orbay Afak the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Orbay Afak kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Şensoy Rasih during the 96th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Şensoy Rasih hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. Demircan Altuğ took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 98th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Hüsmen Yörükoğlu. Cerit's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. When Güneri Toygun came up free with the goalie in the 99th minute, the Egil FK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Güneri Toygun couldn't finish the play.
