Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ahmet Emir Nasreddin started the match with the kick off. 3 minutes into the game, Mehmet Halis Hızlan cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Afşar Hiçsönmez was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 9th minute Ahmet Emir Nasreddin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Afşar Hiçsönmez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Şafak Vakti《☆》's Afşar Hiçsönmez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Saruhan Ekiner in the 10th minute of play. With a little luck, Sehitkamil's İlhami Besim got control of the ball when Savaş Serkut tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Sehitkamil's zone, Korcan Ulutaş stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. İlhami Besim came out of the goal and Korcan Ulutaş tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 22nd minute, Mehmet Halis Hızlan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eralp Sözen lost his temper 27 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. A collision led to Sehitkamil getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Eralp Sözen hit a great ball. Korcan Ulutaş sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 36 minutes into the match, Sehitkamil's goalkeeper İlhami Besim had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Yiğit Sarıaslan. Afşar Hiçsönmez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mehmet Halis Hızlan in the 40th minute of the match. In the 41st minute the ball was on its way in behind Şafak Vakti《☆》's goalkeeper Afşar Hiçsönmez, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 43rd minute Sehitkamil were awarded a corner. Ömür Acunalp went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Sehitkamil's Ömür Acunalp to fire away a dangerous shot which Afşar Hiçsönmez despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Yiğit Sarıaslan was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st match minute, Şafak Vakti《☆》 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yücel Vahat to maneuver through the defense. When Ömür Acunalp came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Sehitkamil fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ömür Acunalp couldn't finish the play. Savaş Serkut received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. İlhami Besim tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Ferit Zoral had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ferit Zoral might have been able to make a better finish in the 63rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Afşar Hiçsönmez. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ferit Zoral ran back to his position shaking his head. After 64 minutes, Korcan Ulutaş mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Şafak Vakti《☆》 and the Sehitkamil players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Şafak Vakti《☆》's Korcan Ulutaş got a free kick in the 64th minute. After 66 played minutes Şafak Vakti《☆》 got a freekick which was hit by Yiğit Sarıaslan. Korcan Ulutaş fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without İlhami Besim having to interfere. In the 70th minute Savaş Serkut shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but İlhami Besim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Yiğit Sarıaslan in the 78th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg İlhami Besim saved Sehitkamil from getting behind. In the 79th match minute, Sehitkamil was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mehmet Halis Hızlan to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ferit Zoral in the 82nd minute of play forced Şafak Vakti《☆》's goalkeeper Afşar Hiçsönmez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ferit Zoral recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Yücel Vahat kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. A collision led to Şafak Vakti《☆》 getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Yiğit Sarıaslan hit a great ball. Afşar Hiçsönmez made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ferit Zoral in the 88th minute. Ferit Zoral could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 95th minute of the match, but Afşar Hiçsönmez made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Şafak Vakti《☆》's Yücel Vahat got a free kick in the 95th minute.
